Our offer

Shotokan karate is a traditional style of Japanese martial art. It comprises the three forms of movement Kihon, Kata and Kumite. In Kihon, the basic karate movements used in kata and kumite are learned and perfected. Kata are short, quickly executed and clearly defined movement sequences. Kumites are partner exercises and are carried out according to the principle of attack — defense — counterattack.

Karate promotes and improves endurance, mobility, concentration and motor skills and strengthens self-confidence. You learn to deal with aggression peacefully, develop positive body awareness and personality.
